The Goal

Our client is unique because their target market is split between two very different demographics: teenage students and their adult parents. Our goal is to find an email campaign design that allows us to reach both of those demographics and cut through the noise of their inbox.

The Strategy

Our campaign testing revealed that this target is most interested in short form email content filled with pictures and bright buttons that compel them to the registration page. We also noted that sending individualized content increases the open rate. We knew we needed to create visually compelling emails and get them to niche groups of the target.

The Execution

We split the 25,000 person audience into manageable pieces and developed a calendar for our 15 unique emails. This schedule allows the emails to reach each niche of the target at just the right time to be most effective.

The Result

We experienced a 60.5% open rate and a 3.92% click rate. This exceeds the market standard of 15-25% open rate and 2.5% click rate. On a larger scale, these emails became one of the largest leads to their overall registration totals.
